3.4.4. As long as the Data Subject's consent to the respective processing of personal data is in force, if there is no other lawful basis for the processing of personal data. Upon the cessation of the circumstances mentioned in this point, the storage period of the Data Subject's personal data also ends, and all relevant personal data is irrevocably deleted from computer systems and electronic and/or paper documents that contained the relevant personal data, or these documents are anonymized.

The operation of the website is ensured by the platform Mozello.lv, so our company shares data with SIA Mozello for order processing and data storage.
The delivery of orders is ensured by VAS Latvijas Pasts , our company transfers the personal data necessary for delivery to VAS Latvijas Pasts .
Upon request, we may transfer your personal data to state and law enforcement authorities to defend our legal interests if necessary, by drawing up, submitting, and defending legal claims.

4.1.6. To lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
